Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated house , in a beautiful area,just next to the church square of the Panagia Limnia church. It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.

Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)
