Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 15’ από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και 5’ με τα πόδια από το κεντρικότερο δρόμο του νησιού, την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7’ με τα πόδια και είναι η μεγάλη άμμος. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν την Σκιάθο για λίγες μέρες έχοντας αυτή την υπέροχη θέα.
