Great apartment with great facilities. Great view and in a great location. Would highly recommend. A home away from home. Boris is a great host even called us when we arrived.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Milena the host is really helpful and great with information. We stayed for a week having had Milena show us the apartment last year, when we stayed in Apartment 3. It was all we hoped for; felt like home from the first night. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by; and also a beautiful sea lounge called Kimzu (20 mins walk away) - we returned to Ag Nik as we loved our time here last year. The apartment and the resort in general is highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this family friendly & clean place. Walking distance to beaches and nice restaurants, it gave us everything we needed including a crib for our one year old. The owners were extremely lovely and accomodating - available anytime needed. We’d recommend this place and definitely return! Leaving feeling very relaxed.

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

Si vous voulez avoir la plus belle vue sur Sitia, vous n'avez qu'à aller dans ce logement! Le balcon est au top, dîners super agréables, appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Le livret d accueil est très explicite et donne de bons conseils. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans la partie orientale de la Crête. C'est parfait!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was like in the description and in the pictures. The location is very calm and you can reach everything by foot. Both of the owners were very kind and attentive and always asked if they could help with anything. You have everything you need to cook properly as the kitchen is fully equipped. Overall we felt like home and would only recommend to stay there if you want to visit the region.

l'host e i co-host sono stati sempre reattivi e veloci a far fronte alle richieste. l'appartamento credo sia stato ristrutturato 2022 e quindi è nuovissimo. l'arredamento è veramente di design di livello superiore così come gli elettrodomestici. Gradita sorpresa trovare una macchina nespresso con una decina di cialde e il frigo pieno di bibite. molto comoda la posizione perché unisce la tranquillità alla vicinanza al porto vecchio (50 metri), cuore della vita notturna si Sitia. ho voluto oncontrare l'owner per farle i complimenti sia per l'appartamento che per il team che la supporta e mi ha fatto l'impressione di una persona per bene. il prezzo è forse un po più alto della media, ma la qualità c'è tutta!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet spot for your vacation! We stayed in Costas´s place for 2 weeks and we loved our stay. Costas is a very friendly and responsive host, we loved how clean the place was. We are very particular about cleanliness and liked that everything was freshly washed and spotless. The apartment is also fully equipped for longer stays. The supermarket, cafés and bakery are a few minutes walk away, the village has nice tavernas with friendly staff and the beach has a public sector, is not crowded and about 10-15min walk. The apartment has a large balcony, house is quiet and matches the photos. We will come back to this place if we return to Crete. I can only recommend it! Also, the place and its surroundings are safe for female travellers and solo female travellers. It is well connected by bus and easily accessible via public transport for people who don't have a car.

Giannis place was a perfect stay for our family. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving fresh fruit and cold drinks for our arrival and recommending restaurants and exclusions. The view from the balcony of the ocean was beautiful. The place is a short 15min walk from the centre but it suited us as there was free parking on street. I would definitely recommend this place!

Mixalis es una persona encantadora, atiende cualquier duda que tengas o explicación que necesites. El estudio es muy correcto, cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario. La zona común exterior es magnifica! Dispone de jacuzzi, zona chill out, juegos de mesa, nevera, cafetera, etc.. y está muy bien decorada. Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios para alojarse en Malia!!

A guiet and clean top floor apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a roof terrace with a sea view. Perfect place for a couple or when travelling alone. Short walk to the beach and about 5-10 minutes to the center, whole city is walkable. Sun on the terrace from morning until 2-3pm. Yannis was very helpful and kept me well informed. Would warmly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, Galini was more than welcoming. The apartment was even bigger then expected and there was no speck of dust to be seen! Even though our stay was in November, so it was off season, probably half of the restaurants, shops and mini markets were still open. You can reach some lovely beaches by car in around 5 min. Sitia is the closest big city and 20 min by car. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay! Giwrgos is very responsive and helpful. The apt is 5 mins from the lake and the restaurant but in a quiet area. The place is clean and spacious. We really liked it! Thanks for everything

Merci à Marilena et sa famille pour son accueil et son aide. Elles ont su faire preuve de réactivité suite à un problème de clef ( ne jamais laisser les clefs à l'intérieur du logement !). La tranquillité est le maître mot de ce logement et il est vraiment possible de couper avec le bruit de la ville et profiter du silence/bruits de la campagne. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Encore merci 🩷

Die Penthousewohnung für 2 Personen ist 30 min zu Fuss vom Zentrum von Agios Nikolaos in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Zu dem Apartement gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Das Highlight ist die riesige private Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblich auf den Golf von Mirabello. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. alle Räume verfügen über eine Zentralheizung was in der Nebensaison hilfreich sein kann. Aber auch die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sichert im Sommer Entspannung vor der Hitze. Wer keine Treppen mag, muss vor der Penthousewohnung nicht zurückschrecken, da durch den Lift alles barrierefrei und sehr bequem ist. Die Unterkuft bietet volle Privatsphäre, da sie exklusiv in der obersten Etage gelegen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marianthi ist super nett und antwortet sofort auf Anfragen. Ich kann dieses Aibnb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Falls wir nochmal Urlaub in Ostkreta machen, werden wir versuchen wieder dieses Apartement zu bekommen.

Merci à Manolis et sa femme pour ce séjour très agréable. Le logement est idéalement placé, dans un environnement très paisible. Les espaces extérieurs (terrasse, piscine) sont un vrai plus. Hôtes très accueillants, nous avons même eu la chance de partager un repas préparé par Manolis, un beau moment de partage ! Encore merci !

Потрясающее гостеприимство хозяев, продуманный стильный дизайн апартаментов. Видно, что хозяева делали все с большой любовью, которая передаётся гостям с первых минут знакомства! Надо начать с того, что когда выбирали место где остановиться в Херсонисос, мы выбирали между этими апартаментами и другими. И только благодаря многвенным ответам на все вопросы и исключительному убеждению Андреаса, приехать и своими глазами увидеть все и убедиться, что это будет отличное место для отдыха, мы приняли его приглашение! О чем нисколько не пожалели! Апартаменты очень уютные, прекрасный вид на море, за счет того, что они находятся на горе. Рядом куча магазинчиков и очень классных ресторанчиков и таверен. У нас была машина, поэтому добраться до моря для нас не составляло особой проблемы. Пешком несколько далековато, особенно подниматься потом обратно. На территории прекрасный бассейн, в котором наша дочь купалась после моря. Когда приехали дети хозяев апартаментов, было настоящее веселье в бассейне! Спасибо огромное Андреас и Стелиос за такой радушный приём! С огромным удовольствием вернёмся к вам в следующем году!

This was the second year running that we stayed at this apartment(4 weeks this time), and it was just as good as last year. We booked 10 months in advance and was in contact with Michalis 3 or 4 times during the year. Just before we arrived we requested that some provisions were available as we had a very late flight and Michalis provided water, milk, fruit and even some raki with honey! (nice welcome). As usual the apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels; plus a new digital washing machine (quick wash 15 mins! ) The pool is a big bonus if you don't fancy the 20-25 min walk down to Hersonissos. Lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby villages of Piskopiano and Koutoufoulari. Car hire is also available. Already thinking of returning next year.

The room was nice and big, view from the balcony was really beautiful, pool was great and the location was the best. You can find everything you need in Istro - shops, tavernas, beautiful beaches. We loved it and we can certainly recommend!

Wij hadden het middelste appartement naast het zwembad, en dus ideaal om te gaan zwemmen. Het appartement is rustig gelegen, ruim en netjes enkel de keuken is een beetje een smalle doorgang voor 2 personen. het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De terras is voor 4 personen wel aan de kleine kant mr heeft dan wel een geweldig uitzicht op de baai. De wasmachine staat wel in een aparte ruimte mr was steeds beschikbaar. Het zwembad met ( snack) bar is een groot pluspunt, het water is zalig, altijd stoelen beschikbaar en heel gezellig zitten. Er is ook steeds parking beschikbaar. Voor de kinderen is het aangenaam vertoeven op het domein : basketten, biljart, speelgoed... Heel dichtbij is een grote supermarkt en het levendig centrum van chersonissos. Ook ideaal voor uitstappen. Het appartement werd ook regelmatig schoongemaakt en de lakens en handdoeken werden ververst.

Leuk appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en met een fantastisch uitzicht. Echt een aanrader voor wie Kreta een bezoek wil brengen!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is well equipped, walkable from old town and beach. Totally recommend!
