Fourth time staying here and we still love this place. This was a family-friendly staycation and there were three babies with us. I truly appreciated Host's gestures. During the first night, one of the main water pipe went burst, affecting the whole neighbourhood. This was something out of Host's control, and the government were actively resolving the issue throughout the night. Upon Host's awareness, they immediately went out to get us 20 litres of drinking water to ensure that the babies have clean water required for their milk. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again for more staycations like this. Love that the babies enjoyed the pool and went to bed early after having a fun day.

The host was responsive to all my questions. The location is great, just mins away from town centre by foot. The place is clean and it matters to me cos I'm fastidious. Love the stay

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

I had an amazing 5 days 4 nights stay at this Airbnb in Batam! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was great after a day out exploring. The location was also very convenient, close to shopping malls, restaurants, food courts, massage places, spa and attractions. Transportation was easy, and getting around Batam from this spot was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe throughout my trip. The host was fantastic — very responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. Also Ms. Nanda who assisted us for checkin and checkout very smoothly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely book this place again when I come back to Batam. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Great location right above the mall which is self contained. Unit is very keen and new, and the host was very to communicate with and very quick in response. I will book again if I go paradigm mall to stay

Great accomodation in a great location. Many food places within walking distance. Comfortable bed and smart TV to spend time indoors.

good location to stay at. spacious for 4 ppl and it was very clean. amenities were all provided for. clear view of singapore frm this unit. but bc it is so close to sg, i got a stronger singapore telco connection (m1) than to a malaysian telco. not to worry bc the unit has wifi

First experience at an Airbnb could not have been better, considering we only stay 5*+. Apartment wasn't less than a 5* Hotel.

We loved the place. It looks exactly like the pictures. The host, Eric prepared some snacks and juice boxes upon our arrival. The place is abit small but sufficient for a few nights stay. We chose this place to celebrate our son’s birthday so the bright lights and beautiful decor really completed our backdrop for pictures. Location is perfect and convenient to walk to Legoland. The only problem we had was driving up and down the extremely narrow driveway.

Nice place, very near to Lego land. the place is very clean. Hotel like service , clean towels, toothpaste and brush etc. swimming pools are great. rooftop swimming pool is my favorite.

the place is very clean. as described by host. love the night view. very near to shopping mall. strict security. feel safe. host very responsive to requests and questions. beds comfortable. host might need to replace the sofa as the spring is damaged and can literally feel it! downside : if u want to cook, this accommodation is not for u as they charge 250rm for cleaning. only microwave is allowed.

First of all the host is very responsive. we being a Muslim family, the place is very much suitable for us as there were Muslim utensils. and more ever, the place is well maintained and not shortage of security concerns. It had a good view of the city and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We will book again at this place. Thanks for hosting.

Great location, just right beside KSL shopping mall. Lots of food options around the listing too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location.

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.

Cosy and nicely decorated. Easy to find the apartment. The apartment just above the ferry terminal. My repeated visits always staying at Anastasia’s apartment. As usual will stayed at the same apartment.

I had a great time at the house. The place was cozy and clean. The host was approachable. I would come back next time for the house.
