A brand new eco cottage in sleepy Scarborough, a conservation village bordering Cape Point National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the tip of the continent. One of the first tiny homes constructed with South African hemp and timber, this minimalistic sanctuary is nestled in a wild indigenous fynbos garden at the end of a cul-de-sac dirt road, a 10 min stroll from a gorgeous surfing beach. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches .We are a 10 minute walk to the Boulders Beach penguin colony and 20 minutes walk from restaurants and historical sites in Simon's Town .The flatlet is attached to our home yet totally private with own entrance via a pathway flanked by plumbago and views of the mountain.

There is secure off-street parking for one car and a braai area with a view.
