Abbiamo soggiornato nella Dimora di Gre’ l’intero mese di agosto. Da Lanciano si raggiungono in poco tempo mare, montagna, splendide antiche cittadine e siti storici. L’appartamento è arredato in maniera gradevole e funzionale ed è dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo particolarmente gradito la generosa ospitalità e le puntuali attenzioni della padrona di casa. If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.

Appartement très spacieux et bien placé pour se déplacer à pied dans Pescara. Peu de places pour se garer dans la rue et environs mais nous avons à chaque fois eu un peu de chance. Si nous nous rendons encore à Pescara, nous choisirons encore certainement cet appartement car il correspond pleinement à ce que nous attendons. Il dispose aussi de beaucoup de facilités. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults + 2 kids), big, spacious, a lot of light and view’s all around (seaside direction on one side and mountains on the other). The host was very helpfull he helpt us with early check-in and taxi reservation for Airport transfer. The downside is only related with the area, yes is close to the airport (and this is what we wanted), but nothing to do in the area. Yes, you can take the bus and in 10 min are in the center of Pescara near the sea. It is more suited for families traveling with the car.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento Posso solo dire che il livello di ospitalità è davvero raro! In casa c'è tutto l essenziale. In più Valter e Daniela ti offrono tutto ciò che può servire per un ottima colazione ed un meraviglioso pane proveniente dall'Aquila. Un altro servizio che ho davvero apprezzato oltre all'ombrellone in spiaggia,sono le biciclette,di cui una con seggiolino. Zona splendida! Grazie ancora Giulia

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Gabriella should hire a professional photographer to do the good pictures, because these, what are published, do not express the beauty and perfect style of the house. It is an modern style, spacious house, located in three floors with three rest rooms, open and modern kitchen, cosy terrace and super comfort beds. All the house is filled with day light, and there is a nice lighting at night time. Welcoming table was too much: Gabriella took care about everything: pasta, olive oil, beer, wine, sweets... We came late at night, very tired after long long way, and when we realised how beautiful and spacious the house is, to see the hosts who prepared so much for us, left us speechlees. The parking is a bit complicated from the beginning, because the streets are quite narrow, but after few days is not a problem any more, you just use to park :) Sea is in few kilometers to drive, parking is also there (0.5€/hour). All the shops, that you need are in a walkable distance. In the kitchen you can prepare all the food- all equipment is there. We woo highly recommend this place for families or couples for spending vacation. Gabriella will tell you many tips what to see and where to go, what places to visit. Our family spent super nice time there (9 days) and would like to say big thank's for everything to Gabriella and her husband and welcome new families who are going to stay in this house.

La casa è molto bella, caratteristica e spaziosa. Il giardino con bbq è godibile e la casa ha davvero TUTTO quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Noi eravamo 2 famiglie e abbiamo sempre fatto almeno 1 pasto al giorno in casa e abbiamo avuto tutto il necessario. Lavatrice e asciugatrice presenti. Noi siamo andati nella settimana di Pasqua, il paesinio era disabitato, ma la casa si trova nel parco della majella e già da lì partono molti sentieri. Inoltre la posizione non è male perché è a metà strada tra la zona dell'aquila e quella di Pescara. Chiaramente bisogna spostarsi in macchina, ma si raggiungono facilmente davvero tanti posti meravigliosi. Il supermercato più vicino è a circa 15 min, il ristorante a 10. È stata la vacanza che volevamo, per noi è stato bellissimo!

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

La casa di Camilla è super pulita, rinnovata e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo passato un bel capodanno tranquillo. Il borgo è carino e tranquillo. La proprietaria di casa ha comunicato con noi spesso e ha contribuito ad un soggiorno senza alcun intoppo.

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. It was great having the washing machine and dryer also. Thanks Lorenzo

Francesco e i suoi genitori sono stati gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa era pulita,comoda,con tutto il necessario per una bella e confortevole vacanza.I più felici? I nostri cani . Correvano tutto il giorno nel giardino ,rincorrendosi e non volevano più rientrare...ci torneremo presto insieme ai nostri amici a quattro zampe !!

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

L'appartamento è molto carino, pulitissimo e comodo, e può essere raggiunto molto facilmente dalle due stazioni ferroviarie della città, volendo anche a piedi (ma ci sono diverse linee di autobus a prossimità). Numerose attività nelle vicinanze, culturali (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, Casa natale di Gabriele D'Annunzio...) o di svago (ristoranti, negozi, spiaggia...). L'host, Francesco, è molto disponibile, e gentilissimo!

Antonio è stato da subito molto gentile e si è reso disponibile per tutto..orari, esigenze varie e strumenti in più richiesti da me. La casa è completamente nuova, pulita ed organizzata al meglio, comprensiva di tutti i confort possibili. Ci è stato addirittura regalata una bottiglia di buonissimo vino e dei biscotti tipici abruzzesi. Consiglio vivamente questa casa, sia per la struttura e la posizione, sia per Antonio e sua mamma, persone gentilissime!

Silvio è stato un ottimo host. Si è reso disponibile a fare il check in in un orario a noi comodo e ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza. Abbiamo apprezzato che sia stato presente senza essere invadente. La casa era pulita e aveva tutti i confort utili per rendere il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consigliamo di scegliere la casa di Silvio!!!

Host molto disponibile. L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione e molto comodo per 8 persone. Molto comoda la posizione centralissima e fondamentale per spostarsi senza auto

My family and I stayed for the World Skate Games. The venue was right across the street. For having someone with limited mobility his place was easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. On top of that brother was very helpful welcoming us in.

Casa fantastica, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Moderna e funzionale. Ti fa' sentire subito a tuo agio. Definirla una mansarda non rende l'idea di quanta luce e spazio trovi. Inoltre ha un grande valore aggiunto: una terrazza piacevolmente vivibile e panoramica. Un vero gioiello, dove la vista parte dai tetti del borgo di Montepagano e si allunga alle creste della catena montuosa del Gran Sasso, per poi finire nel mare di Roseto. Alla sera un piacevole scintillio di luci si presenta ai tuoi occhi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gianni e Sara, disponibilissimi e sempre gentili. Questa nostra vacanza è trascorsa in totale e reale relax. Bravi e grazie di tutto, da Francesca, Alberto e Chloe (il NS cane volante). .. Pensandoci, ci torneremo volentieri.

We were delighted with Filippo's apartment! The location is brilliant: the top floor apartment is super central in the beautiful old town of Pescara with lots of cafés, restaurants, bars and stores and at the same time it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The house is well maintained and the apartment is clean, freshly renovated and really incredibly well equipped. The check-in was very straightforward and Filippo is an extremely friendly and warm host. I particularly liked the style of the apartment with a clear design and cool furniture and pictures without a lot of frills, the cozy and private terrace and the great view through the windows and skylights of the old roofs, church windows and turrets! We would come back in a heartbeat!

Ho alloggiato presso l'appartamento per una sola notte ma sono stata davvero bene. Ho trovato l'appartamento impeccabile, sia per la pulizia, l'ordine, che per tutti i comfort. Federico è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile! Ho trovato il metodo del check-in molto funzionale e semplice grazie alle istruzioni che mi ha dato Federico! L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare, è magari quello di far trovare una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo che secondo me, non dovrebbe mai mancare, per il resto sono stata benissimo! Se dovessi ricapitare, alloggerei nuovamente con piacere qui😊 Silvia
