A Shepherd’s Retreat: Stunning Mountain View

Nestled at the foot of Whitehorse mountain in the midst of the North Cascades, a Shepherd’s Retreat is a working sheep farm. The farm is one of the few historic homestead farms in Snohomish County. Located within the North Cascades there is great hiking amazing views within a half hour drive. The town of Darrington is 5 miles away with restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery. The farmhouse has been recently updated and restored to allow guests maximum comfort, but able to live close to the land.

The loft bedroom feels tucked away from the world with the sound of the river lulling you to sleep.

This 1 bedroom waterfront home features Mountain views and access to the water for seasonal fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging. Though the vintage ambience is preserved, the couch, bedding and carpets are brand new.

Beautiful views of stunning Goat Wall flank this large rural 90's home, and separately rented, attached studio (you may have neighbors), in the Mazama area of the Methow Valley, a short drive from miles of mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. You can ski and hike right out your door! North Cascades Nat'l Park is ~45 minutes drive, accessed by Highway 20 in the summer.
