A charming 1880's cottage conveniently found in Brackney, PA, a short drive from Binghamton, Endicott and Vestal, NY. We are located close to local breweries, wineries , Salt Springs State Park and various recreational activities, and are 1/2 mile from The Barn at JJT Farm. We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Foxglove Cottage has been completely renovated for a modern clean look. 141 acres of beautiful woods and trails. A 6-acre private fishing lake. Ski Resorts Close are within an hour drive Located a few short miles from State Game Lands and abundant hunting. This is a working farm with horses, donkeys and chickens. The fireplace is only available from October 1st to end of May; its a heat source and is not for ambiance. The driveway is steep all wheel or 4 wheel is required during winter.
