Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.

Old Orchard Property- 7 min to Glenwood Springs

Enjoy a beautiful property filled with old orchard fruit trees located just minutes from Glenwood Springs or New Castle. Guests will enjoy a walk out basement living space with separate entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. Please be aware when booking this unit is attached to the main house with a separate private entrance. Walk out to a large fenced in backyard where morning coffee can be enjoyed under the apricot tree. The property is home to a family including fur babies and chickens.

This property is super unique and located right next door to the one and only Hogback Pizza!! Please keep in mind New Castle has active train tracks so you will experience the excitement of trains running through the middle of town at any time. They're loud and exhilarating!! Great for train buffs!
