This was an awesome place to spend a few days enjoying the Oregon Coast. The condo was nicely furnished, quiet and had everything needed for a beach stay. Though we are older and couldn't do the stairs directly to the beach from the condo, the comfortable ground floor location and close by public beach access, fun shops and yummy eateries made it a great time. We hope to book again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful place!

The huge windows and scenery looking out over the ocean is spectacular. The porch with a camp Fire is a huge bonus.

This place is walking distance to the beach and restaurants that are open late. After a full day walking the beaches and climbing over tide pools, the hot tub is exactly what was needed to refresh your body for the next day. The place is perfect.

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

We had a fantastic stay! The house had plenty of space for our big group, with lots of rooms and comfortable beds for everyone. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

Beautiful home and perfect set-up with living on all 3 levels. Made everyone feel comfortable with their own private area to relax. We easily walked to the beach with young children everyday. This rental had everything we needed to feel right at home 💕 Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us!

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our family had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the ocean view and the ease of getting onto the beach easily. If you bring your groceries with you, you could park once and walk to everything! Some places have minimal pots/pans/utensils but Leah provided a well stocked kitchen that I appreciated for our cooking needs. We walked everywhere! To the gift shops, restaurants, Blue Pig Bakery (try their cinnamon roll!), and even Coast Park for their playground. We would love to return, thank you!

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Great stay and very easy instructions. I was able to check-in early which was a huge help. The place was very clean and comfy, would definitely stay here again.
