Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy nearby attractions such as the New Government Center, Splash Water Park, malls, Landers superstore which are all a stone's throw away. We also have lots of storage space so you won't have to live out of your suitcase. The building has lots of amenities such as the pool, fitness area, game room and even a daycare room which are all free to use after registration. A function room can also be rented out in case you need one.

Located in a nice, Quiet Area. Buena Park have made it one of the sought-after Subdivision in Bacolod City.
