New and spectacular design apartment 5 minutes from the Royal Palace! The house, recently renovated with great qualities is beautiful, cozy, modern, comfortable and very quiet so you will not notice that you stay in the center of Madrid. It has two rooms with double beds. We care a lot for decoration, light, details and cleanliness. You'll love it!
The house, 70 m2, on a third floor without elevator, is the result of a spectacular reform made with great love and dedication. It is also very quiet, as it is located on a quiet street with beautiful and unobstructed views of the Church of the Sacred Heart.
Renovated with industrial and modern style offers a cozy living room with beautiful views, dining room and kitchen, fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils you may need during your stay. One of the rooms with glass walls, beautiful and super original with the same views as the living room, offers double bed and the other room also with double bed has a bathroom en suite. The house has a second bathroom. The two have been totally renovated with the highest qualities according to the rest of the house.
The house/place/apartment has air-con, heater, and a very fast free WIFI connection which would allow you to telework, if necessary. It offers International Channels and NETFLIX as well.

We offer breakfast kit with milk, pastries, cocoa, infusions, juice, cereals, marmalade and welcome details to guests, as well as amenities in the bathrooms. The entire house is available to guests.
An impeccable cleaning standard has always been one of our main objectives. Now, due to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis; we are taking extra care when it comes to disinfecting and sanitizing all type of surfaces. Complying with regulations, we only use products that have been approved by the Spanish government.
All the air conditioning ducts have been disinfected, sanitized and treated with specific antivirals.
Families are super welcome!! Tell us what your children need (cribs, high chairs, cars, etc). We even offer profesional babysitting service if you die to make a plan in Madrid that your kids can not attend! Ask us.

The apartment is located in the Barrio de los Austrias, the most beautiful and historic part of Madrid. Right next to the charming Plaza de la Paja where you can enjoy its terraces, and surrounded by Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral of the Almudena .. where you can go on foot discovering the most historical Madrid. In the middle of the neighborhood of La Latina, one of the areas in the center of Madrid that has best preserved its traditional appearance and one of the best areas of tapas and drinks in the city. You can walk to get to the most important tourist spots of the city, such as Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum, San Miguel Market.
