We are an apartment community located in central Sierra Vista, minutes from the base and all shopping. We have a great location and complex was built in 2010 as an extended stay. The carriage house serves as kitchen/dining/living room/work space/couch turns into full-size bed with wifi / tv. Bathroom/queen bedroom private yard. Well behaved dogs welcome but must be with humans or crated when separated. Minisplits effectively keeps rooms warm or cool. The rental is separate and behind the main house where I live. Tennis/pickle/skate a block away.
