We’re excited to share our waterfront paradise on Boeuf River for a weekend or extended stays. Loaded w amenities = relaxation, fishing, grilling +beautiful porch & dock views. Our camp sleeps 7 comfortably: BR#1 sleeps two. BR#2 sleeps 4 in a full bed + twin with twin trundle. Family room has a sectional for extra sleep space & an optional queen sz air mattress, smart tv+WiFi. Waverly Cottage is a charming comfortable apartment in a peaceful country setting just 10 minutes South of Natchez. 1 Queen Bed with memory foam mattress comfortably sleeps two adults. Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Full kitchen features everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with 42in. Satellite TV, includes Wi-Fi, Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Peaceful Getaway in the country, 15 min from Winnsboro. Right off main hwy, 3 minutes to grocery store, 20 min to Walmart, 1 hr to META Site, between Monroe, LA & Natchez, MS - both 1 hour away. Great to visit & come back to a tranquil setting away from the city noise. 20 minutes from fishing! Apartment is attached to our home. It has private entrance. WI-FI & Smart TV, no cable. We provide kitchen so you can make your own breakfast. Remain secluded or visit! Our dogs are a guest favorite!

Come enjoy our newly remodeled 2 Bedroom , 2 Bathroom camp. We have a beautiful back porch for you to sit and relax to admire the waterfront view. You can feed the ducks, use the kayaks to take a stroll or fish, or just have coffee and read a book. We have games for the family, seasonings in the cabinet, and a coffee bar for your convenience. Private, peaceful and country calm! No close neighbors to disturb you. Only 7 minutes from Winnsboro. Huge front and back yard, great for football or baseball with the kids. It’s easy to relax in this little farmhouse. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably with one king size bed and two single beds. A cot is also available for a fifth person and a portable crib for your baby. This recently renovated house has everything that you need including WIFI and Roku TV.

This Southern-style home is a short walk to downtown on the trail along the Bluff. Sitting on the covered front porch, you can enjoy the park-like setting. Inside, are high ceilings and spacious, open living areas. There is Tupelo Cottage behind the home, connected by a breezeway which is available also. Each place has separate entrances, porches and driveways. My place is good for couples, families and business travelers.
