The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 6 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled. Plenty to do, including pool table, darts, horseshoes, games, etc.

A community room offers a great place to visit or visit with others. Relax in SUNFLOWER which offers 2 Recliners, a 37" Smart TV and comfort.
