Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. Relax and recharge at this peaceful place to getaway, visit family, or stay while on business in the area. It is nestled among woods and overlooks a small creek. Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.
