Located in a beautiful part of the town. Just a perfect location with the town centre 5 mins away. Quite and peaceful. The host is always responsive whenever you need anything and always comes through with recommendations and suggestions. Definitely recommended.

Its a lovely place. The caretakers are very friendly and nice. They cook delicious food and make you feel at home. The owner, Anirban Saha, is extremely helpful and very prompt in responding to queries. Looking forward to the next visit.

We had an amazing experience renting Navaneet’s Thar Overlander for our camping trip. Navaneet was incredibly helpful throughout, assisting us in planning our itinerary and ensuring everything went smoothly. The Thar was in excellent condition, powerful, and reliable. The rooftop tent was quick and easy to set up and pack away, making the entire journey hassle-free. Overall, it was a unique and adventurous experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable overlanding trip ♥️

nice property for families to stay and chill...will not prefer for bachelors or for parties as it is in a residential area..I went with my family...so had a pleasant stay...very wonderful host..nice experience..

Joy promptly accepted our request for 3 nights and before our checkin shared the contact of Shai - Caretaker of property. There 3 Bed Homestay was clean, comfortable and spacious since we were a 4 people. Surrounding is also very pleasant. There is ample of common parking space at the end of lane. Garden of colourful flowers is awesome and breathtaking. Shai is also very proactive and helpful. We celebrated Gudhipadwa (Maharashtrian New Year) at the property. Shai helped us to get the bamboo for celebration purpose. Shai prepares very delicious food. For all 3 days we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at property.

Very well maintained peaceful place, just looks like given photographs. Host was very cooperative and responsive. Only drawback is that it is far from the centre of the city. Rest is very good.
