We have 3 self catering in-house open plan adult only apartments; Soothpunds sits alongside Mogill, north west side of the building. It has two entrances accessed from the parking area & via patio doors with summer BBQ area, overlooking the stunning Levenwick Bay. From the lounge, take in the unspoilt views across Levenwick to the North and enjoy spectacular sunset colours as they spill over Mossi Hill flowing into the bay. Our local beach is mins by car, 25mins to Lerwick, 40mins to the North.

This traditional stone croft house was fully renovated & extended in 2015. It now has a light, modern interior, holding on to some traditional features. 3 bedrooms are light and in neutral colours. The open plan living kitchen area boasts a vaulted ceiling and country cottage style kitchen, with walk in larder cupboard. Relax in the evening in front of a roaring fire, or explore the beach which is just a 2 minute walk away! A great location to explore Yell, Unst, Fetlar & the north of Shetland.

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

Ulsta Chalet with stunning views

The white, wooden two bedroom bungalow is situated in Ulsta where the inter- island ferry arrives in Yell and departs for Toft on the Mainland. There are stunning views over Yell Sound and beautiful sunsets can be seen from the lounge and kitchen windows. The front bedroom has one double bed and one single. The back bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed. Washing machine and outside drying line. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is ample parking and a garden.

Mavine Cottage, Lerwick, Shetland

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks. Easy walking distance to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 1.25 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen with a pully for drying clothes and also a good size living room. Mavine Cottage is a great base from which to explore all Shetland has to offer.

Scarpoe's Kitchen, Herra, Yell, Shetland

Da Haaf is in a lovely central location, situated just 10 minutes drive from Lerwick.

The Peerie Neuk is a sustainably built tiny eco home with all the comforts of a cosy house just a bit tinier! There is a double bed and fold out sofa, suitable for one adult or two children. There’s is a small kitchen with hob, kettle and little fridge (large enough for two bottles of prosecco 🤣). There is a wood burning stove with oven. The oven will keep things warm. There’s on demand hot water, shower and compost toilet.

Cosy Home with a view

This modern, comfortable self catering house is a great base for relaxing after a busy day exploring Shetland . Although it is an annexe to owners home it is completely private .There are spectacular views across the bay where seals ,otters and sometimes Orcas can be spotted. There is a small beach 2 minutes walk from the accommodation also a swimming pool and local shop within easy walking distance .

Self catering 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, located in Lerwick the largest town in Shetland. The main shopping street is only 1.6 mile from the property or the bus stop is only 250meters down the road from the property. There are beautiful beaches, many cafes & eateries, entertainments, museums and circular walks in Lerwick. Great central base for day trips into the countryside too.

Backa is a traditional stone croft house, which has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard, boasting an airy and light interior whilst maintaining some of the original features. Situated on the west side of Yell, the house overlooks the sea and enjoys spectacular sunsets out each window.
