On Lake Norman - The Guest Cottage

Lake Front house steps away from the water, Private dock on the homeowners property. Updated kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new HVAC system Use the 2 Kayaks, fish off the pier or play in the lake! What an excellent experience since Feb 2017, over 360, 5*star reviews through 2024. Highlight: We had three different couples kayaked to the small private Island and were engaged having a memory of a lifetime*** we're happy to continue to host! 2 night min.

The Porch on Lake Norman

LAKE FRONT, custom built in 2018. Nestled amidst the trees, you will enjoy our private guest house. Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Restaurants from pizza to upscale lake view dining are all close by. Full kitchen if you prefer to cook here.

Stay on the lake for a great rate! This tiny home sleeps 8, 1 bedroom, bunk beds and a loft. Located in a resort with many free amenities including a salt water pool, gym, kayaks and paddle boards, peddle boats, movie theater, fire pits and soon to be pickle ball courts. Boat slips available for rental so bring your boat along. Enjoy relaxing on the front patio which overlooks the pool and the lake. See you soon!
