Located in Sheridan, TX, 3/4 mile from Splashway Water Park. Come enjoy the outdoors with this beautifully renovated rural home and land. We welcome families, hunters, and work crews alike! We are far away enough from major cities that you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at Serenity Farms while still being close enough to small towns like Hallettsville, Columbus, and Edna! Walmart and Brookshire Brothers in Hallettsville are about 15 minutes from the property. No WIFI, enjoy the country!

Domovina Ranch Cottages ("The Hemingway")

We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

Papaw’s Place The Farm

A Quonset steel building, with easterly and westerly entries, located on 9 partially wooded acres. The stars are bright and your getaway is quiet and peaceful. Situated in the country, deer, and other wildlife are usually around. Fire-pits and BarBQ grills are available for guest use. Sleeps 5 if all available bedding is used. Bicycling and 4 wheeling can be done on the property.

Almita House Downtown Cat Spring

Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
