Less than an hour from Minneapolis, the Loondocks is a sun-soaked, pet-friendly hideout on beautiful Big Eagle Lake. Natural stone steps (NOTE: These are uneven, so do not book if you have mobility concerns!) lead down to the bungalow-style house, a stylish bunkhouse, wood-burning sauna, spacious deck with lake views, and flat waterfront yard. Boone Dock Lake House is located near Princeton, MN. We offer 90 ft of private sandy beach on Green Lake (a great fishing lake!), a dock, the main house, bunk house, a gazebo & patio, dock & boat lift. We would love to have you & your family enjoy this sunny lake space! * It is important to know that our second bathroom located in the bunk house is not available to use November - April (the cold winter months). That bathroom is not insulated therefore we need to keep it winterize

This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
