Welcome to our charming three-story townhouse located in the heart of Shenton Park. With it's central location, you'll find yourself a 5 minutes drive away from the hospital, 8 minutes from Elizabeth Quay, 6 minutes from UWA and a short 7 minute walk to the stunning Kings Park. The townhouse features 2 bedrooms with queen beds downstairs and an open lofted room with 2 king singles upstairs, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. There are two full bathrooms available for your convenience.

Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park
Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

With off-street parking next to your own front door, you have privacy and independence. A great base to explore Perth.
