The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (13 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

Aqua-Holic Beach House Directly on the Beach!

This nostalgic beach front home overlooks the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the house, and you can enjoy one level throughout. If you have a large party, a 1 bedroom cottage is available on the same lot. **Note** The cottage is a separate listing and must be booked separately. We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent, it was the family home of the current owners . Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

Classic cottage in the Cove

Welcome to a classic cottage in the cove in historic Panama City. The cove neighborhood was established in 1913. Enjoy the mid century vibe of this cottage with a clean and modern feel. Ample parking in front of the cottage and a cute backyard to enjoy. Great location close to downtown Panama City and Beck ave. Only 11 miles to the beaches. The cottage is a short walk to the bay where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
