Location, location, LOCATION! If you're visiting Kansas City and what to experience everything the city has to offer, this is the Airbnb for you. Here's why: You're a 2-min walk from the cafes, restaurants, and entertainment of the Plaza. A 15-minute walk to the world-renowned Nelson Atkins museum. A few minutes by car from Loose Park, Brookside/Waldo, Midtown, and more. Plus easy highway access to Downtown, River Market, and the surrounding area. The Airbnb itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen in our unit was AWESOME -- complete with a gas stove. I grew up in Kansas City so take it from a native son: You can't beat this location! A+ and will definitely book again when I'm in town.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great eclectic decor, which I love. It is just one open basement space, beds on opposite ends. One bed has a curtain on one side you can use. With that said, though it worked well for our needs. It's right in downtown. You can walk to some cute shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend Ginger Sue's. It was truly amazing! Everything in the place was stocked really well. They did a good job making it colorful for the basement space. You do hear some foot traffic above you. It really wasn't an issue, but one evening it was pretty loud and consistent and it was around 10:00 PM. It probably wouldn't bother most people, I know I'm just sensitive to that noise. It really is well worth the stay. Great price and really friendly, helpful hosts!

Such an amazing experience and stay with Russ and Kris! They were both SUPER sweet and welcoming and the place was cozy, clean, and was so easy to get to. Would recommend to anyone needing an Airbnb!

Great place to stay when visiting Kansas City! The location is located perfect near so much to do. Many places are walkable and others are also very easy to get to by car or streetcar. Lacie Jean’s place was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for a couple days in KC. Would stay here again!

Very clean, and a great location. It was great having the host's restaurant right next door, which has fabulous food for breakfast as well as dinner. plus they deliver.

I traveled with my dog and cat and I didn't have any problems in here. Also, Kellie is very attentive and kind. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described, and you can tell Chris put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The home was beautiful, full of charm and character. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded immediately, which made the stay even better. While it’s not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting more than made up for it—and it was still close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll definitely be back!

This place was amazing! So clean and cozy! We were so impressed with everything! The apartment was exactly what we needed. And the fire pit and patio made a perfect relaxing spot for our last night. We can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you so much to Jodi and Brandon!

This place is exactly like described! We are so glad we chose this place. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient to Science City, LegoLand, Crown Center and the Plaza. Casey was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful.

Kimmie's Place was very clean and cozy, it was perfect for my weekend stay. she even stalked the bathroom with some toothbrushes and mouthwash that I thought was a very kind gesture. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable priced place to stay!!

Ashley’s place looked just like the photos, and it was perfect for my stay! The location is awesome and there are a lot restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Ashley was very responsive and proactive when communicating about check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay at Ashley’s place again!

Peaceful stay during a business trip. Perfect for two of us.

Good spot, roads are very confusing and overall a nuisance to navigate. Did find some trash in the couch and couple miscellaneous stuff around but overall very clean and tidy.

We loved staying here! It’s absolutely beautiful! We’re from LA and come down here yearly to visit friends and this location + amenities were great for us! Close to some great places to eat as well like sushi uni and Pegah’s. Unfortunately the pool area was closed this time of year but we look forward to future visits and being able to relax by the pool. The host left clear instructions and was very hospitable. We will definitely be back!

Great little place, we were able to park are car in a parking garage down town and didn’t use it once. 10 min walk to T-Mobile center and with 15-20 mins of anything you’d want to do or eat at. If I ever have the opportunity to go to an event down there again will book again.

Jason was incredibly quick to respond to any questions, no matter the time of day. His communication and attentiveness were outstanding. The location itself was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The value for the price was exceptional—every detail was top quality. There’s truly nothing negative to say.
