Large King Suite, a quick walk from the Esopus Creek and Main Street Phoenicia. Miles of amazing hikes nearby, 10 minutes to skiing. PLEASE NOTE: Suite 13 is on 2nd floor with an exterior staircase. The Main Lodge Suite offers a King bed, full sleeper sofa in the living room, kitchen, private bathroom with shower & tub, Cable TV with DVD player (and access to our popular DVD library), and outdoor areas with tables, charcoal grill & seasonal firepit. Pets are not permitted in the Main Lodge.

Centrally located to all attractions, yet just far enough removed to offer the best of country life. The Grace and Favor Suite offers a large one bedroom (queen size bed) with seating area and private bath on the ground level. We make every effort to offer the best in hospitality while allowing our guests the most amount of privacy. Mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, fresh fruit, cream, yogurt and fresh bake good are found in your room at checkin. Friendly sheep will greet you on arrival.

A nice room with a private bath.. I am posting this a room for 1 person... It has a very nice posturepedic single bed most of the time but I can put in a full size bed as well so 2 persons can stay for 10 bucks more... If you like old historical houses this is interesting because this room is one of the oldest operating hotel rooms in America.... The building is most likely late 18 century but was built as an Inn, not a house so this is a historical hotel room easy to keep distance
