Only 4 mi from the City Lake you can take the canoe for a romantic trip, fish, or hike the trail around the lake where nature abounds. You'll likely see a herd of whitetail deer on your trip either at the farm or on the lake!

Located about 3 miles from downtown Fort Smith and located in the central area of Fort Smith it doesn't take long to get about anywhere you want to go. The Gameroom and pool table provide entertainment for the indoor fun while the inground pool, diving board and grill are a blast for the family and friends when outdoors. Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.
