Edificio completo recién rehabilitado en Septiembre de 2.024, de más de 250 m2 de alto Standing y con impresionantes vistas a la Giralda y al centro. Cuenta con capacidad para 10 personas, 4 dormitorios, 2 con baño completo y dos baños más. 2 cocinas de interior, una cocina de exterior, un comedor de interior, un comedor de exterior y un mirador único e impresionante. Posiblemente una de las mejores vistas de toda Sevilla. La casa se encuentra en la calle Zaragoza, junto a la famosa Plaza Nueva

CASA NIKAU Sevilla with outdoor jacuzzi in roof

Casa Nikau is a singular urban house with lots of art and green details. Independent house, privately accessible, recently renovated. Tower house distributed in three floors with a “Patio” that goes up from the ground floor to the rooftop. The “Patio” is a traditional Andalusian structure that organizes, ventilates, and illuminates the space. On the rooftop, the house has an amazing outdoor jacuzzi, plants and beautiful trees to feel the presence of nature while being in the heart of Seville.

5BR Home, Courtyard and Rooftop with Hot Tub

This is a beautiful Sevillan home in the center of the city, 5 minutes walking from the most popular sites such as La Giralda and the Real Alcazar. The house has 3 stories, 5 and half Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining area and full kitchen. We have a beautiful interior patio with an additional seating area which is great for breakfasts. On the roof is a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture where guests love to hang out in the evenings. The second level terrace has a hot tub.
