Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung war für uns ideal vom Schnitt und der Lage. Sehr nah am Strand und das Gewässer hinten laden zum spazieren ein. Die Kommunikation mit Marc war sehr gut, er hat stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Toll war, dass es eine Ausstattung für Kinder gibt (Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Spielzeug). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Alicia is a very nice and kind host, her house is really good located, in a quiet area in front of a lake and 5min max from the beach. The room and the house are also very clean. I would highly recommend

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich des Hauses mit dem tollen Pool bot viel Privatsphäre. Durch die unterschiedlichen Ebenen hat man zu jeder Tageszeit seinen Lieblingsplatz gefunden. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf die Bucht. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Strand und konnten so spontan und auch außerhalb der Stoßzeiten die tolle Bucht genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die nahe gelegenen Ortschaften Santanyi und Ses Salines, die in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar sind und sehr gute Restaurants zu bieten haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Verwalterin vor Ort war immer freundlich und uns wurde schnell geholfen.

Lovely villa, with all the amenities listed. Pool and out door areas great. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. Local shops, restaurants and beach. Palma itself is one hour away on the bus. Ideal spot if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. Fredrick our host was excellent and was very proactive and responsive, even letting us have a late check out due to not flying till the night time on our departure day. Would recommend this villa.

Der 180 Grad Blick raubt einem von ersten Augenblick an den Atem, einfach wunderschön. Da wir die Insel zum ersten Mal besucht haben, haben wir einige Ausflüge unternommen. Die Rückkehr zu der Aussicht in der Unterkunft von Marion & Ben ist großartig. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, denken jedoch, dass alles vorhanden ist. Die Stufen in den Felsen laden zur noch Meer-Nähe ein und lassen einen wirklich runterkommen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und lassen es einen spüren, dass sie ihr Haus lieben und den großartigen Ort mit anderen gerne teilen. Wir wären gerne länger als 11 Nächte geblieben. Der nächste Gast, kann sich sehr über den Besuch freuen.

Nous sommes venus avec nos 3 enfants pour profiter d’une île que nous ne connaissions pas et Rosa, son mari et son fils ont été des hôtes extraordinaires ! Le logement est très bien situé, tout a été vraiment parfait! Nous avions demandé à partir un peu plus tard pour profiter de la magnifique plage jusqu’au bout et Rosa nous a grandement accordé ce petit plus! Nous adorons voyager mais clairement si nous devons revenir ce sera chez Rosa! Merci encore

Super semaine de vacances au printemps en famille (couple+3 ado). La maison est spacieuse et super bien équipée. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. La voiture pouvait être garée dans l'allée de la maison. Terrasses agréables pour manger dehors. Solarium très apprécié des ados. La literie était très bien. De nombreuses serviettes disponibles. La cuisine était super bien équipée. Le quartier était calme à cette période. Commerces, restaurants, plage accessible à pied (5 à 10 min). Très facile d'aller jusqu'au port d'Alcudía à pied par la plage en 15-20 min. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was just as advertised and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a stunning beach, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We’d gladly book this place again, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, the internet is quite slow, so we relied on our 4G data. Communication around check-in could be improved—there was a missed email, and the host prefers another messenger over the Airbnb app, which led to us waiting for 10 minutes upon arrival before getting entry instructions. Additionally, there are many mosquitoes in the area, so it's essential to use mosquito spray and be careful when ventilating. Overall, still a 5-star experience for us! The apartment's cleanliness, fantastic location near the beach, and the charm of the town made it a wonderful stay.

It was just the perfect place to stay. Great location, beautifully furnished, didn’t want to leave we just loved it. Two seconds to the beach and such a wonderful location.

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

My family and I loved our stay. Joanna was extremely responsive and a great host. Location is just across the road from the beach, and close to cafes and supermarkets. House is old but has everything you need. The only slight fault we had was the very limited supplies provided (no salt, oil, sugar), and wifi was a little patchy in some areas of the house. But otherwise we loved it and highly recommend Joanna’s place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Alcudia dans cet appartement parfaitement situé pour explorer Majorque. Le logement était propre, confortable et très bien équipé, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi. La terrasse était un vrai plus pour profiter des petits-déjeuners en exterieur. Communication facile et réactive avec Sion, qui a été très accueillant, arrangeant et de bon conseil. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous repassons par Alcudia.

magnifique appartement, très propre et moderne. tout le nécessaire pour quelques jours et bien plus. rideaux occultants dans les 2 chambres!!! hôte très réactif et attentionné, arrivée et depart autonome avec horaires flexibles. lit parapluie et chaise haute à disposition! serviettes de plage à disposition. résidence à proximité de la plage et des commerces, facile d'accès en poussette, places de parking collectives disponibles. nous recommandons +++ et reviendrons avec plaisir!!!
