The Writer's Guest-home, exquisite near the beach

You often call it a nest and this was our vision. The intimate hideaway with wifi, surrounded by a lush garden full of berry, olive trees, a private fabulous courtyard. A 3min walk down to the sandy beach Karavi, 5min walk to the beach Livadakia, 15min walk to the Port. The traveler that values the beauty of simplicity and the aesthetic of nature, will experience the uplifting magic of this beloved guest-home. In peace and quiet even during August! One double bed and a small single bed. Enjoy

We welcome you to our stylish, fully equipped apartment, renovated in April 2022 which offers a magnificent sea view, the port’s entrance and is the best spot to explore one of the hidden gems of the Cyclades islands, Serifos. Our apartment is just 300m from the picturesque beach Livadakia, the peaceful beach Karavi, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Port, the market, restaurants, bars and night life and a short drive to Chora, Serifos’ rocky capital, and plenty of attractive beaches.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Eco-tiny-tasty-house,150m beach .

Hello. The house is an eco-mini house with stone . I has a very smart design to fit two people with a luggage .The upper bed is double and the floor bed single so it is suitable also for a couple. Of course the house is small but is very cozy. It is very well located, 150m from the main beach and 700m from the port. The house has been rated hi by young people because of its style and balcony on the garden, rated lower from older people looking for comfort and size.

The large studio with the cycladic arcitecture is located at the aprominent location of Leivadakia beach benefits from its literally on the beach, only 15 m. away from the house . Leivadakia is of one of most well known sandy beaches of the island with natural shade of the trees and few steps away from restaurants and cafe. Just few minutes walk down from the port/ Leivadi that can find bars, restaurants, grocery shops .
