Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

Lake Front & Central

We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

Enjoy the fresh air on the back deck with Keuka Lake peeking through the trees. Take in the sites of the many trails, vineyards, breweries and state parks in the area during your stay. Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Seneca Sunset Couple's Cottage

Kick back and relax in your own stylish, private lakefront cottage. You can enjoy spectacular views of Seneca Lake and her beautiful sunsets. You'll be located on the lake, just off of Rt 414, in a prime stretch of wineries, breweries, dining, hiking, local markets and live music. With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

With amazing views of Seneca Lake, the Cottage at Glenora is going to be your new favorite home away from home. Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come. Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.
