Nestled within Critchley Hackle Lodge in Dullstroom, Lakeside 12 offers a retreat for two guests. This cozy unit features a comfortable double bed, a compact kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a welcoming living area that leads out to a private patio. Enjoy access to a communal swimming pool, an on-site restaurant, and a luxurious spa. For adventure seekers, mountain bikes and fishing equipment are available for rent. To ensure a hassle-free stay, daily cleaning services are provided.

Self-Catering/Pet Friendly

This old favorite, offers panoramic views, tranquility, and privacy. It boasts a fenced garden and spacious stoep for braais and sundowners. Adventure seekers can hike the mountain for a breathtaking vista. IMPORTANT: Regrettably, the Stone Cottage lacks electricity due to transformer damage from a recent storm. The repair timeframe is unknown, but we have a generator on hand for your convenience. We apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that we're pursuing alternatives.

This distinctive, deluxe studio accommodation is centrally located in the village, just three streets from the main road. This unit offers private parking, its own entrance, a secure under cover area for MT bikes, covered patio with outdoor furniture, and a gas BBQ. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area with kitchenette, counter seating, and lounge area with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The property is fully off-grid, powered by solar with our own certified clean water.

Shooters Hill, Walkersons Estate

Shooters Hill is situated in the well renowned Walkersons Private Estate. Walkersons has some of the best trout waters in the Mpumalanga Highlands and aside from fishing, offers mountain biking, hiking, and horse riding, spa treatments, bar and restaurant. The house is well appointed and fully serviced. Three of the 4 bedrooms have fireplaces. We recently installed Solar and batteries to run the essential loads in the house. The house also has a gas stovetop.

Happy to say the road has been repaired after the rainy season. Holingsberg Palmietfontein Cottage is the ideal break away for family and friends. It is close to Dullstroom but totally secluded, with a lovely dam at your doorstep. Explore the farm on foot, mountainbike, or visit the quint little town of Dullstroom close-by. Relax in the evening in-front of the fireplace, enjoying your favourite drink, talking about the day’s fishing and beautiful scenery.

The 'Ultimate Escape' - Silo Lodge

African Leaves Trout Lodge is regarded as an excellent fly-fishing location, is a part of the ‘Zuikerboschhoek Bewarea’ and is home to wildlife that frequents the mountain range. There is a natural waterfall and 2 km’s of natural river running through the forest on the property. There are two houses situated on the property - Oak House and Silo Lodge. We are pet friendly for up to 4 small to medium sized breed dogs, which must be well trained.
