Trout River Falls is a delightful trout fishing lodge nestled in the misty Steenkampsberg Mountains of Mpumalanga. Surrounded by lush forests and cascading waterfalls, this serene retreat offers abundant birdlife and wildflowers for relaxation. Perfect for adventurous families, you can swim in the waterfall, hike scenic trails, and enjoy trout fishing. The Homestead, Walkersons Estate

Welcome to The Homestead@Walkersons The house has an open plan dining area, living area with a fireplace & kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining & family gatherings. The estate (at over 7km2) has mountain springs, forests & waterfalls. There are fantastic walking, cycling & running paths including trail paths on the Wildlife Reserve. The Estate has a runway & Helipad that can be used if arranged. The house is cleaned on Tuesday & Thursdays, other days can be arranged at additional cost.

Red Oak Ridge, Walkersons Estate

Red Oak Ridge is situated within Walkersons Lifestyle Estate. The home has exceptional, elevated views of the estate and is tastefully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. The cosy indoor fireplace, covered patio and fire area makes this the perfect home for entertainment and family time. The main bedroom is en-suite and the other 2 bedrooms in the main house each have a separate bathroom. The 4th en-suite bedroom is separate to the house and has 4 beds.

Shingwedzi is situated near Hoedspruit and is part of a 9000 hectare BIG FIVE conservancy, the Karongwe Private Game Reserve. Luxury Self-Catering accommodation , fully serviced daily . R450pp extra p/game drive p/d, lead by our experienced guides. Pre-book Relax by your own private pool , deck and boma, where you can enjoy beautiful river views . The home offers a full kitchen , a private chef available on request. Relax by in the indoor open fireplace in colder months , plenty firewood.

Connemara Trout Lodge situated 15km outside of Dullstroom on the R 540 towards Lydenburg on-route to the Lowveld and Kruger National Park. The House offers Guests spacious Lounge and Dining Room area with a fireplace to enjoy cozy get togethers. A fully equipped kitchen. A patio with Gas braai and a wood braai with start up wood. Trout fishing allowed price on request. 3 Bedrooms, 2 of which can accommodate small children on sleeper couches - total accommodation 6 Adults and 5 children.

The house is centrally located and is within easy walking distance to the main attractions. It has its own fenced off garden and is situated in a small estate with 3 other houses. There's a solar system which keeps lights, wifi and the fridge on during loadshedding! The main living area is spacious and has a beautiful sunroom for lounging around. Each bedroom can be arranged into either double or single beds which is ideal for any group booking and there is a pizza oven available as well.

The Old Shop has been transformed with antiques and art into a quaint, quirky cottage from the original farm shop and is a new addition to the Schoemanskloof Retreat guest cottages on Falls Fish Farm (between Machadodorp and Nelspruit) in Mpumalanga, South Africa. Situated conveniently close to the N4, it is about a 40-minute drive to Nelspruit and a 2-hour drive to the Kruger National Park. The cottage can be reached with a normal car via a short dirt road.
