Penthouse apartment next to town center with amazing view of the Diocletian Palace,port and marina. The Palace itself,1700 years old, is just a short 5 min walk from the apartment and its a certified UNESCO site. Filled with lots of small caffes and pitorescque restaurants it offers entertainment and Croatian cuisine at its best. Beaches are not far,a 15 min walk from the apartment at either side of the port. There is a supermarket on the ground floor and a pharmacy within 100m down the street.

Sea view XL lux Apt - Aircon, balcony & elevator !

My brand new Luxury 4* Apt with 3 bdrms, 2.5 bthrms, 3 Aircons & long balcony is in the most luxury neighborhood in Split. This really unique 100 m² Airbnb is 5 min walk to the historic core of Split - Diocletian Palace and 3 min walk to the most famous sand Beach in Split - Bačvice beach ! Villa Four Brothers - Luxury Penthouse Suite

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
