Ons verblijf bij Badar was onvergetelijk. De villa was nóg mooier dan op de foto’s: adembenemend, ruim, prachtig ingericht en ongekend luxe met volledige privacy. Ik heb veel gereisd en villa’s geboekt, maar dit was veruit de mooiste ervaring ooit. Badar’s service was buitengewoon. Omdat we vroeg aankwamen met kinderen, had hij de koelkast gevuld met boodschappen. De villa voelde als een privé mini-resort: een discrete medewerker verbleef in een apart bijgebouw en hielp ons waar nodig, zelfs met het draaien van de was. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit smaakt naar meer – wij komen gegarandeerd terug! Badar is het perfecte voorbeeld van gastvrijheid en ik kan deze villa en zijn service iedereen van harte aanbevelen.

La villa di Mik è molto grande accogliente., si trova in una zona tranquilla, vicino all' ereoporto e alle partenze per le isole. Mik ci è stato sempre molto reattivo alle nostre richieste ci concesso un check out ritardato. Consigliatissima

Large space for friends and family. A bit far from city center but very close to sea side, 3 mins walk to the beach for sunrise. Great staff.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è spaziosa e curata e per noi è stato un ottimo campo base per esplorare i fantastici monti di Jabel Akhdar. Il proprietario ed il guardiano sono stati sempre disponibili ed hanno garantito pulizie regolari, riscontri rapidi e molta cortesia. Torneremmo senza alcuna esitazione.

A charming, renovated villa with a pretty shared courtyard and within 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful bay and beach. The villa is simple and more spacious than appears though kitchen is snug! It is a very quiet town but this suited us perfectly as a place to relax. Qantab is close to many other places to visit too. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again!

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Muscat! The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking beach view — waking up to the gentle sound of waves and sipping my morning coffee while gazing at the turquoise waters was simply magical. The view from the balcony is something out of a postcard — clear blue skies, pristine waters, anchored boats, and a peaceful stretch of sandy beach. It felt like having a private slice of paradise all to myself. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a serene getaway with unbeatable views and direct access to nature, this is the place to be. I can't wait to come back!

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Great stay, easy check in and convenient location

This apartment is simply top-notch. Located in a great neighborhood with many good restaurants, yet it is very quiet. There is also a shopping center with a large supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself is equipped with everything important. The pool in the courtyard of the complex is also great. And Bader is a fantastic host, always available and very flexible. Highly recommended.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. Le quartier est très sympathique et l'appartement est proche de la marina ainsi que des commerces/bars. Appartement confortable et globalement bien équipé même si il manque quelques ustensiles pour cuisiner. La piscine est un gros plus. Je recommande ! Merci

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment located just 200 meters from the sea and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location is just great! Just a few minutes walk from the beach. What I especially remember is the kindness and responsiveness of the owner Hatem. He greeted us with a smile, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout our stay, we felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, our holiday was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable location and a caring host. Thank you, Hatem, for your warmth and hospitality! Abdullah apartment situated in one of Muscat prestigious area Almouj . Close to The Marina where many Restaurants and Hotels like the Kempenesky . Well recommended . The host is excellent and always ready to help .

Nadia’s place is amazing and clean with a nice pool view located in the middle of muscat. Would definitely stay again!
