Located in Historic Delano District our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home has been home to many Wichita Local Shoe Repair Shops for the past 75 plus years. The last time this building homed a Shoe Repair Store was just a year and a half ago and owned and operated by my husband Keith. When he chose to run only one store, this building sat empty for a year. Once I realized this awesome building & location would be a perfect home away for travelers we began designing.

The sofa is comfortable enough to curl up on and take a nap, it's soft and plush. The chair in the living room is a recliner, where you can lay back and watch TV , be careful you might go to sleep there too. Watch TV in bed on the 50" big screen.
