Sedgies is a beautifully appointed, comfortable home on the water’s edge with uninterrupted views across the lagoon at Sedgefield, Knysna's beachside suburb. Close to the mouth of the estuary, Sedgies is within walking distance of miles of unspoilt Garden Route beaches. The lower level home (with a single private residence above, often unoccupied) offers seamless indoor-outdoor flow & multiple decks. Full amenities & mod-cons (incl solar) it is furnished for stylish, easy, seaside living.

The apartment is above our garage and we have the benefit of solar power. We're about 2-4km from shops and restaurants, beach and family-friendly activities like the famous Saturday morning markets. We offer good beds, peace and quiet, kayaking, (a 2man kayak available), natural surroundings central to the Garden Route, only a 20 minute drive to Knysna, which is half way to Plettenberg Bay. Also 15 minutes to Wilderness Village, 40 minutes to George airport and about an hour to Oudtshoorn
