Lakefront Golf Villa -Steps to beach

-Lakefront with great views of Lake Stewart on the 14th hole off our double screened in patio. We are steps away from white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. -Two Primary en-suites bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Shopping, coffee bar & restaurants/bars within walking distance. Explore on foot or rent a golf cart/scooter at a near by vendor. This is a ground floor condo with drive up parking. All the comforts of home in our golf villa located in beautiful Seascape Golf & Tennis Resort.

Studio @ Luau in SanDestin! Sleeps 4! Resort Style

3 minute walk to the beach~Resort-style pool~2 beach chairs provided~2 beach towels~walking distance to restaurants PLEASE NOTE: This tower is being painted completely with construction work. The balcony is not accessible. The exterior work is a restoration project, not just paint. Stucco, concrete repairs, railing repairs and paint, re-sealing windows and doors, deck coating, etc. They work M-F 8-6pm and occasional Saturdays as needed. ETA for completion will be Late October. Beachfront top floor unit, on a private beach, in two story building gives unobstructed sunset/ocean views. Located on soft white sand with on-site free parking. Perks of choosing this unit include gated resort with pools, beach service included (Mar.-Oct.), tennis courts, pickle ball, and par 3 golf course (included). Unit has fully functional kitchen and wifi included. Master bedroom beach/sunset views! Sleeps 4 adults with use of sofa bed in living area and additional cot-sized bunkbeds.

This spacious Majestic Sun condo has breathtaking unobstructed Gulf views, updated furniture and sleeps six. Decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel, the unit has a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with shower/tub; two bunk beds in a hallway alcove, a 2nd bathroom with shower, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa.
