We are minutes away from the Gualala River - kayaking, The Gualala Arts Center, The Sea Ranch Golf Links, the Gualala Township shops, galleries, restaurants, and services.

It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with bathrooms, living, dining, fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry. A study is upstairs.
