Prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, take a swim in the pool, and light the fire pit while enjoying the sunset with family and friends. 11 The Retreat is only a 3 minute leisurely walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and restaurants. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Equipped with a queen size bed, sofa, table & chairs, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. Interior is light, modern and with a Scandinavian touch. 5-7 minute walk to Bakoven Beach, and 10-12 min walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Off street parking and private entrance. 2 min walk to a Superette.

Luxury serviced cottage + heated pool Constantia

We have an inverter that covers the security system and cameras + the WIFI, TV, stove and oven and all the lights and most of the plugs during load shedding. The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area. We are surrounded by numerous spectacular wine farms and top restaurants. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

The Patch

A delightful, private, detached modern garden cottage with automated garage. Sleeps 2, self catering, with pool, garden, Smart HDTV, DSTV and free fibre WiFi. 5 minutes walk from the vibey Camps Bay beach front and restaurants. Weber braai avaiable on request. Hosts Chris and Pat have been letting this unit for more than 20 years. They are on hand to ensure guests are comfortable and assist with their holiday plans.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.
