Our house is a beautifully preserved 19th century mansion turned into a boutique hotel between the city’s antique-filled Çukurcuma and Tomtom neighborhood .Now it is emerging as a creative hub, with cafés, art galleries and designers galore. Just below Istiklal Caddesi right on the Beyoglu Culture road and walking distance to Galataport. There are five rooms, fully renovated with all the features of a new home. In this beautiful, centrally located building where you can stay as a family, you will be close to everywhere. You can reach all historical areas easily and quickly. It also has a terrace with green space and sea view adjacent to the Venetian palace. Walking distance to Galata port. Galata Tower, Dervish Lodge, St. Antoine Church, many historical sites, art galleries, cafes, restaurants and shops are very close to our building. Our 6-storey building has been restored from A to Z

Stay in a Ottoman work of Art

Have a comfortable stay in a recently restored Ottoman Mansion, returned to its original exquisite beauty. The house is on four floors and comprises a fully equipped modern kitchen, and separate elegant dining room. A large spacious living space, with tasteful lounge and separate work space. 2 double bedrooms and 2 stylish bathrooms. In the lounge is a large comfortable sofa bed. The house also benefits from a outdoor roof terrace.

Blue Pera House consist of 4 spaciouse studios with their own bathroom. The house is ideal for group of friends not that suitable for families with small children due to the structure of the house and location. The house is perched right in the heart of a famous nightlife district, where on weekends, the atmosphere transforms into an outdoor dance floor.

Evimiz Nişantaşı'na 7 dk yürüme mesafesinde olup, konumu çok merkezidir. Bulunduğu apartmanın 2. katındadır. Evimiz balkonludur. Yatak odası ve salonda toplam 2 TV vardır. Evimizdeki tüm eşyalar 0 dır. We provide smart Tvs but no Netflix service however you can use your own Netflix account and enjoy it.
