40m2 Private Terrace & Panaromic View& Dream Flat

This 150 m2 private apartment is in a historical 19th century building ( 5th floor & No ELEVATOR) . literally steps ( ! ) away from Galata Tower & it's super easy to access the all public transportations . We offer 2 bedrooms , 2 living rooms, fresh kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a legendary terrace with panaromic Old City view. There are 2 double size beds for 4 people and 1 sofa bed for 2 people , 1 couch . 3 AC In total. bathroom essentials will be provided with clean sheets and towels.

Stay Beyond The Bosphorus

REMINDING THAT there are 85 stairs up to the building entrance, as there is no road for cars. So, it is not suitable for elderly or guests with infants. After stairs, the flat is located on the 4th floor and we HAVE an ELEVATOR! Step into this apartment and feel a sense of calm with a MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC BOSPHORUS view. Wander straight through the modern, trendy and bright interior while watching the joyful traffic of ferries and sails. Home away home feeling for short & long term stays.

Historical Gem with Private Balcony & Galata Tower

This is a 158-year-old apartment in the historical Urgliavich Building with the closest and widest view of Galata Tower. The building was renovated in 2012 and today it is redecorated. There are lots of and various historical/new restaurants, cafes, bars, and local shops in and around the Galata Tower Square. You will find boutique stores that sell mostly handcrafted jewelry, accessories, clothes, books and souvenirs, groceries supply all your daily needs.

Newly renovated stylish flat in one of the oldest residential buildings in the city centre, an exemplary apartment block reflecting the late 19th century Istanbul. 3 minutes walking distance to Galata Tower, and easy public transport access to most of the contemporary and historic sightseeing spots in Istanbul. Please do not send any inquiries for commercial film or photo shooting, it is not allowed in the apartment.

Enjoy great sea view at the heart of Istanbul with very easy access to metro. Nice, cosy, modern design studio flat with a fantastic sea view to old Istanbul and Golden Horn located at the heart of Istanbul. One minute walking distance to metro. Coolest coffee shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries, design shops are all within walking distance for you to experience Istanbul right at its heart.

Galata flat 3B

Occupying a unique location, the house is 10 meters from the Galata Tower and a 5-minute walk from the Metro Tram and bus stops. The apartment has a well-appointed bedroom and bathroom, all equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. The large roof terrace is shared with another unit. Please note that there is no elevator in the building as this is a protected historic property.
