In a calm neighborly part of town it is a block away from a beautiful park and within 5 minutes from the hospital, downtown, and Scotts Bluff Monument. The house is the left (east) side of the duplex. it has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. along with a very comfy futon in the living room that can folded out into a bed thats a full sized bed. 1 spot in the carport and BBQ grill is also provided!

My house is a lovely totally remodeled open floor plan two story built in 1890 located near downtown with easy access to stores, bars, restaurants and theater. I kept the old charm but brought in all the modern conveniences. It has a huge kitchen, nice dining room and living room. The bedrooms are upstairs and each is an ensuite with a Juliet balcony. Nice enclosed front porch, back porch and 3 patios 1 covered. Enjoy the gas grill and patios with our nice cool evenings.
