Lovely home, great location, great host. One thing to be aware of is that the home is actually a duplex, with people staying up above you. If you are noise sensitive, the sound of people walking, moving chairs, staying up could bother you. We were fine because we normally use earplugs at night, but just something to be aware of.

I cannot recommend this rental enough! Not only is it well priced, right next to downtown but still quiet, and surrounded by a gazillion things to do, and not only was it clean with all of the necessary amenities, but Scott and Becky are by far the most considerate hosts we've ever experienced! They have anticipated common needs like plentiful tissues, extra soap, and coffee filters, but little things like toothbrushes, assorted refreshments, and helpful notes, to bigger things like fresh cut flowers and a bowl of fruit! It was so perfect and cozy for a couple who don't mind a few stairs! I have never left a rental more certain that I will try to rent it again.

Kathy's place is a GEM! We absolutely loved our stay and it was so comfortable, we ended up staying in for a bigger majority of our stay than we thought we would! The cozy fireplace, big soaker tub, huge fluffy towels, comfortable bed, and wonderful views made it hard to want to leave! The location is absolutely ideal as it was walking distance to the theater where we were seeing a play, and also walking distance to a number of amazing restaurants. (our favorite was Cocorico....what an experience!) We have decided we will make Ashland a yearly tradition and hope to always be able to stay at this quaint little place, perfect for 2!

This is a beautiful house nestled on top of a hill with spectacular views and a beautiful backyard. I highly recommend this gem.

This was easily one of the best air bnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place was SO cute and SO perfect for a weekend getaway with my best friend. Tina was amazing, responded quickly, anticipated our needs, was happy to accommodate anything and everything we could ever dream of!! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better time and experience! I wish all hosts were more like Tina and her family 😋 12/10 🥹 Ps. SUPER CUTE DOG AND CAT

Steve and Kathryn were both very kind and responsive. Their instructions for everything were laid out in clear detail, from how to set up the TV to getting everything set up for checkout. Would highly recommend, particularly if you’re interested in visiting the Mt Shasta area as a lot of the sites we visited were within an hour drive.

Wonderful stay in this guest house on the farm. Beautiful views of the mountains and stars. Loved meeting the horses and seeing the cows. Great host, would definitely stay again!

Erics place is a Gem especially since my UBER driver told me a good Airbnb is hard to come by in Ashland. The bed was actually very comfortable and the apartment next to Eric's house was very quiet. With previous bookings in situations like this with the owner next door I've had a hard time with adjacent noise but not here. 10 minuet walk to town or an easy bus ride seconds away. Eric's had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We just had a quick overnight stay but it was perfect for us. The bed was super comfy, which is important to me. The shades get the room dark enough to sleep in! The thermostat works great. It was really a lovely little space in a perfect location close to everything. I’d highly recommend this place. My husband and I were there with our daughter, who slept on a very nice bed from the pullout sofa. We didn’t use the kitchen or shower but they looked nice.
