Abbivale farm cottage is a lovely tranquil retreat situated 18kms out of Denmark along the Scotsdale Tourist drive. Our place is suitable for discerning adults (up to 4 people). Children are welcome but due to unfenced dams, it is may not be suitable for younger children (under 6). Relax in peaceful surroundings amongst the karris & the gum trees. Blue wrens & kangaroos are plentiful & often emus! - perfect surroundings to relax & unwind. Close by to vineyards,walks & other tourist attractions.

Centrally located self-contained 1 Bed Studio with private bathroom, kitchenette and laundry. Next to a Karri reserve with outdoor sitting area. Easy 5 min walk into town with private entrance and plenty of parking. Everything two people need for a relaxing Denmark base. The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

Our 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 people it has an amazing playroom for kids, a pot belly in the large lounge with a pot belly fire will keep you warm on the cool nights. Watch the sunset over the beautiful view of the dam and into the valley. Only 15 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the famous Greens pool. We are just off the main tourist route of wineries, alpaca farm, cheese factory and much more.

We are also in the heart of wine country and are blessed with a number of amazing restaurants in the Denmark area. Sitting on the verandah outside of the cottage is a wonderful place to have a drink and cheeseboard whilst watching our amazing sunsets and being visited by some of the local birds. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
