Large rural centrally located house for 7 (maybe 8 if wish to use large sectional couch in the living room but entry room pullout couch cannot be used in winter). The adjacent apartment is available, AirBnB unit. There is a full kitchen, television with multi-channel reception, internet, phone service, one full bath, washer, dryer, and pond. A very, very large living area, close to Watkins Glen racing, wineries, state hiking trails and watersports on Seneca Lake. Pets are welcome downstairs.

Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region, the farmhouse is ideally located just 2 minutes away from the start of Seneca wine trail, making it the perfect home base for wine enthusiasts. Watkins Glen is just 4 mins away and Ithaca is a 25 min drive. The farmhouse features two beds and two full baths. A king bed and luxury murphy queen.

Pathways lead to a spacious dock with lots of seating for both shade and sun, swimming, and a special cozy structure for reading and naps. The suite is near some of the best wineries, breweries, and eateries on the lake, not to mention that it is a 7 minute drive to Watkins Glen, close to the Watkins Glen Racetrack, beautiful Finger Lakes National Forest, and many other natural attractions.

Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

Up Country Antiques Suite

This private and spacious three-bedroom suite fills the second floor of an historical Federal home, c. 1835. It is furnished with period antiques. Up a wide staircase, the space offers three large bedrooms with a shared bath (with a shower and a tub), a cozy sitting room with coffee and tea, and a library. An outdoor garden patio is available for picnics. The antique shop (in a doric temple building) is a quick walk through the garden. A fourth smaller bedroom can be available upon request .
