This brand new 2-room apartment awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to bus and S-Bahn and very close to BER airport. Nevertheless, the surrounding area is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and of course I provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third guest with the comfortable sofa bed. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus liegt ländlich in waldreicher Umgebung in Kallinchen und bietet den idealen Rückzugsort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen Das Haus verfügt über eine private Sauna und einen Kaminofen. Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. Auf Wunsch bieten wir in den Wintermonaten ein besonderes Arrangement an – mit Frühstück sowie Candle-Light-Dinner im benachbarten Hotel und Masagen. Bis bald!

Unsere Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Die Wohnfläche beträgt 130 qm. 1 km zum nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW zum Zentrum Berlins. Gute Anbindung mit der BVG. Man erreicht das Zentrum in ca. 45 min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
