Centrally located within 30 minutes of Munising and Manistique. Byers Lake Lodge is located in the heart of the Big Island Lake Wilderness offering ample opportunity for your year-round adventures. A very private setting awaits with a gated drive, peaceful setting, and the only house on the lake! The Haywire Grade snowmobile trail is less than a mile away for easy access to the entire trail system right from our front door. Ample parking for trailers and a heated garage for working on sleds.

We have a Kitchenette fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. We have a nice sandy beach for swimming or just soaking up the sun. The lake is also great for fishing or to watch wildlife. You will have access to the large deck, dock and boats during your stay. Access to ATV trails from the cabin. This prime location is a short 40 min drive from the famous Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Gooseneck Lake is a clean, sand bottom lake; perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing and swimming.
