În imediata apropiere se găsește un loc de joaca pentru copii, pădurea Comorova, plaja 23 August, Aventura Park Neptun. Apartamentului este utilat cu aer condiționat, bucătărie cu plita pe inducție, cuptor cu microunde, prăjitor de pâine, cafetieră, prosoape, produse cosmetice.
