Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Totally isolated from neighboring houses, is only 300 meters away from an unspoiled sandy swimming beach with crystal clear water. This state of the art, family friendly house of two bedrooms, is “sur-mesure” furnished, with furniture custom crafted, by a local artisan. The perfect place to restore and rejuvenate.

The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.
