Cozy Comfort in Central Champaign

Newly remodeled tri-level home located in the center of Champaign. Minutes away from downtown, the University, the State Farm Center, tons of shopping and good restaurants. The home has been renovated from top to bottom featuring a Urban Farmhouse Modern feel throughout. The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed. The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop. The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

This cozy 2-bedroom country house sits on 8 acres, sleeps 6 and overlooks Clinton Lake with amazing views. We offer a hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, and 10 miles of hiking, hunting, and horse trails.Boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. There is a $50 charge per day for each guest over 2 regardless whether they stay overnight. Guests must be 18+. Pool open May-Sept. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING TO ENSURE IT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.

A family haven! Only 15 minutes from campus

Accommodating large and small groups, this airy home was recently renovated from top to bottom. An ideal location on a quiet street and less than 20 minutes from the U of I campus. Enjoy a 1 mile walk into cute downtown Mahomet with restaurants, ice cream, and brewery. A short drive to the entrance of Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve, botanical garden, and museum. With a large deck, 1/2 acre property, treehouse, fire pit, mature trees, park next door, and arcade room, you'll never get bored!

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Gorgeous bi-level home less than 10 minutes from downtown & U of I. This home features over 2000 square feet with 5 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The fenced-in backyard includes a large deck for your enjoyment. Walking distance to one of the largest parks in CU & Sholem Aquatic Center. The Illini House

My house offers all the original charm w/beautifully updated kitchens, bathrooms, screened back porch & 2nd story upper deck. There is a 1 car garage & a carport for winter parking. The house has been furnished with antiques as well as University of Illinois memorabilia. There is a gas log fireplace in the home's den and electric fireplaces in several bedrooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. There is a gas grill on the screened porch and a fire pit in the fenced back yard.

This full property is just off the interstate. It is nestled back in a small neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. North Prospect and Marketplace mall restaurants and shopping destinations are less than 1 mile away. The University of Illinois and Carle Hospital are only about 10 miles from the rental property. This is a pet friendly Airbnb, with no additional charge for pets and up to 6 guests. High-speed Wifi is provided by Xfinity with 4 TVs, each with guest mode Roku.

Cozy home in ideal location

This clean, comfortable, single family home is located in an established residential neighborhood and is ideal for short or longer term visitors to the University of Illinois, or any other attraction in Champaign-Urbana. It is a 5 minute drive to the University, its stadium and other sports complexes, and the State Farm Event Center. As you'll see from the attached photos, the cozy house is tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay.
